SMS terms

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms cover text messages you receive from a business that uses Missly after you called that business.

Why you got a text

You called a business and the call wasn't answered. The business uses Missly to text you back from its number so it can help with your request. You won't be added to marketing lists.

What messages you'll get

  • A reply about your call, and answers to the questions you text back.
  • Up to two follow-ups if you don't reply, never during quiet hours (9 PM–8 AM).
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders if you book a visit or video call.

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts from that business. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages unless you reply START. Reply HELP for the business's contact details.

Privacy

Your number and messages are used only to help you with your request. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See the privacy policy.

Support

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For help, reply HELP or contact the business you called.
